Shipping Policy
Orders over $500 require a signature.
We must ship to the billing address of the cardholder on all web orders. If this is an issue, please call and other arrangements may be made.
Your shipping/handling fee is determined by the parcel's weight and destination. Value is also considered for insurance purposes only.
Shipping charges will be assessed for all returned or exchanged items.
Firearms Shipping
Firearms will be shipped to US addresses only and MUST be shipped to a licensed FFL. Additional shipping charges MAY apply.
Pistols and revolvers must be shipped UPS or FedEx 2nd Day Air. A handling fee of $25 will applied to all firearms orders.
International Orders
We absolutely do NOT ship to international destinations.
UPS:
Our standard shipping method within the continental US is UPS 2nd day delivery from shipping date.
All other UPS options are available for non-firearm orders.
A signature is required for all shipments over $500 in value.
We will ship no signature required for non-firearm orders if requested, but only at the customer's request. We are not responsible for lost orders that were shipped no signature required.

FEDX – Federal Express Service:
We may ship via Federal Express.
A signature is required for all firearm orders shipped via Fed.
We will ship no signature required for non-firearm orders if requested, but only at the customer's request. We are not responsible for lost orders that were shipped no signature required.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will offer full credit for items returned in new condition within 14 days of purchase less the shipping costs. Firearms that have been fired or had optics or accessories attached to them are no longer considered in new condition and are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 20%. If you purchased a rifle scope, do not mount it and then attempt to return it for full credit. We examine all returned rifle scopes under magnification, and if found to have been mounted we assess a minimum restocking fee of 20%.
Safari Arms is committed to your satisfaction and we encourage you to call if the item you purchased does not satisfy you or meet your needs before using it, firing it, or mounting a scope.
When returning an item, please make sure all original packaging is included and that you return it inside the original shipping box if possible. If an item is returned without the original materials or if the factory packaging was damaged due to improper packing, then a refund may not be possible.
ANY shipping discrepancies; damaged/missing/incorrect items, must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the package both to us and to the shipper as well as noted on the driver’s delivery bill.

Safari Arms will NOT export any products nor receive on behalf of anyone/business any imported products.
